"It took the claims department over six weeks to even address my insurance claim. When they did address it another three days to mail a check. The check was mailed to the wrong address. Now it’s going to be another three days. Summer is almost over and I don’t have my motorcycle I do not believe that this company should be selling motorcycle insurance they are not equipped to handle the claims.
